What can you do on your own?
Don’t try to do your own surveillance. There is risk for every type of investigation that can be professionally handled by a licensed private investigator. Get all of your facts in order and ready for your consultation with an investigator.
If it is an infidelity case, then list all your reasons why your significant other may be cheating. Offer suggestions of who and look for patterned behavior.
If it is a theft case, offer possible suspects. Who had access to the area where theft occurred? By offering all of your preliminary evidence in a logical format for the investigator you will greatly increase the success of your case and, more importantly, reduce the overall cost of your case.
How to work with a PI to minimize costand maximize results?

The key to every successful investigation is communication. The investigator can only design a strategy with the facts provided by the client.

Since there are so many unknown factors in a case, the person submitting it becomes the best resource for intelligence.

This includes motive, changes in behavior/appearance, times of arrival and departure, out of the ordinary purchases, or even new hobbies.

Our proven results-oriented process
After the initial free consultation, we offer a strategy in phases. Each phase is designed to accomplish a specific objective or task and gain the confidence of our client.
Evidence will be provided after completion of each phase. This way, progression is demonstrated in facts towards the case objective. If the client is satisfied prior to completion of any of the phases, then the investigation will cease and any retainer will be refunded.

Client believes that his wife of over twenty years is cheating. The initial budget is $5,000.
There are children involved so he requests solid evidence of infidelity to make an educated decision for divorce. In the initial consultation he provides a name of a college friend of hers that she recently connected with. He cannot pin point a day or time because her personal and work schedule is very sporadic. Other firms would suggest surveillance for two or three days at an hourly rate of one hundred to two hundred an hour.
We suggested the covert installation of a GPS for two weeks to determine if any addresses seemed out of line or if there was a pattern of those visits. After review of the GPS we did find a residential address that had no relation to her work schedule. Client was notified and explained strategy for phase 2, surveillance.
Budget was set at sixteen hours. During sixteen hours of surveillance, video evidence was obtained of the subject kissing an unknown male at the target residence. Client was informed of the results and encouraged to continue investigation with additional surveillance. We believed that the kissing was not a clear enough proof of infidelity to end a twenty-year marriage.
Client approves ten more hours of surveillance. Within one hour of targeted surveillance the subject enters target residence on this visit. Subject exits two and a half hours later and is now wearing different clothing. Same male comes to the door in a robe to wave goodbye to her. Case closed.
Client divorced subject three years ago and is responsible for monthly maintenance fees in excess of $10,000 per month.
Client believes that subject is in a current relationship where she is cohabitating with another person. Client agrees to $60,000 budget. Objective of case is to prove cohabitation with video evidence and then prove contributing factors using other investigative tactics.
First week of surveillance, each day is split up in the morning to capture the subject departing the other subject’s residence to go to work and then returning to stay the night. This pattern is successful so random weekdays are chosen in the following three weeks to prove that this relationship has been established for at least a month.
Surveillance is focused on weekends to target evidence proving joint use of property, publically displaying relationship, and sharing income or expenses. Video footage captures both subjects going to dinners, visiting friends and relatives together, and even sharing a bank account.
Additional surveillance is performed in the next two months sporadically to prove that the relationship has been extended for a period of time. Investigation is also performed on holidays to further prove continuity of relationship. Case is taken to court where judgment ordered in favor of our client. No further maintenance required. Case closed.
Small business owner contacts us that tools are missing valued over $14,000.
Police report was filed. Initial budget agreed at $4,500. Initial consultation reveals three possible subjects.
Covert cameras are placed inside and outside of the business and monitored for one week. Video footage captures suspicious behavior by two of the three suspects.
Three days of surveillance are performed monitoring both subjects. On one of the days both suspects depart business in vehicle in middle of the work day. Both suspects are followed to worksite performing similar work of client. Investigator determines that suspects are using the stolen tools to work for a customer of our client.
After suspects depart worksite, investigator examines all stolen equipment and confirms it was the correct equipment by comparing serial numbers. All evidence provided to local authorities resulting in felony arrests of both employees. Case closed
TESTIMONIALS
Infidelity
I cannot thank you enough. Infidelity in a marriage is the absolute Deal Breaker for me. Thanks to your investigation I saw with my own eyes how deceitful my husband was. I filed for divorce and am ready to move forward with my life.
Infidelity
My children are my world so I was afraid of how my case was going to turn out. I was shocked to learn that he was in a relationship with a coworker for over a year. I plan on keeping the video to show my children when they are older the kind of man their father really was. I would highly recommend your firm to anyone seeking answers.
Infidelity
I was unsure if I would get a return on my investment when hiring your firm. I was looking for proof that one of my guys was stealing on the side. Thanks to you I learned of four deceptive employees and have implemented an entire new system to prevent future occurrences. I would highly recommend your firm to all of my colleagues.
